Jazmine Aceves

Jazmine Aceves Sevilla is a Student Assistant at LOSH who helps with editing and compiling documents, event planning, and coordinating event logistics.

Jazmine is a third-year undergraduate student at UCLA, pursuing a major in Linguistics and Psychology. After graduating she would like to get her doctorate degree in Psychology with a focus on Industrial-Organizational Psychology. Jazmine is committed to advocating for immigrants who face numerous challenges and health issues. She hopes to bring meaningful change by addressing the mental health issues that many immigrant workers face each day. Jazmine is also committed to supporting the needs of first-generation Americans as they navigate unfamiliar systems and traditions. She hopes to amplify the voices of marginalized individuals in our society by providing guidance and resources to help create a brighter and more inclusive future for all.

Outside of work, Jazmine enjoys watching football and spending time with her family.
